DOWNLOADS:
It's been 30 days since I placed my order and I forgot to download my products. Can I still access my files?
Yes. We'll email a download link to you.
I didn't like what I bought. Can I get a refund?
No. There are no refunds for digital items. Please read our Refund Policy.
My files have a fault. Can I get a refund?
In the case of faults, download errors, file extraction problems, etc. we will do our utmost to solve your issues so you can use your purchased files. If, within a reasonable time frame, we are unable to solve your issue, you will be offered store credit. There are no refunds for digital products. Any store credit is offered at our discretion. Please read our Refund Policy.
Can I use my digital files for commercial purposes?
Yes. Unless stated otherwise in the specific item description, all digital downloads are covered by our Commercial Licence. Please check item descriptions and info and read full details of our Commercial Licence.
I'm unsure if my intended project is covered by your licence. Can I email you?

Why can't I view my downloaded files?
All digital files are compressed into ZIP folders and will need to be extracted before you can view them. Free ZIP extraction software is readily available online. Check out:
What format are your digital files?
Our digital design resources are Jpeg or PNG files compressed into ZIP folders. If purchasing designs that include PNG files, you will need software capable of viewing and working with transparent background files. Please read product descriptions for full details.
Can I download my files to a mobile device?
We don't recommend downloading to a mobile device. Please download to a PC or laptop to extract and store your files. We can not guarantee that your mobile device will be able to extract the files correctly. If you do not own a PC or laptop and choose to download to a mobile device, you do so at your own risk. Remember, there are no refunds for digital items. Please read our Refund Policy.

Where can I purchase art?
Clicking the pictures on our Art Galleries will take you to those products on our Pixels/FineArtAmerica store. This is a third party Print on Demand website and all sales, shipping, tracking and refunds are handled by Pixels/FineArtAmerica - not us. Where can I get wedding invitations?
A variety of invitations and stationery products, including note books and scrapbook papers, are available in our Stationery Designs store on the Zazzle online marketplace.
