REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds for digital products.
This is because a digital item can not be returned, therefore, the customer would continue to have access to use it and may request refunds fraudulently.​
Also, we (Bamalam Art) are charged a £15 fee for any charge back to a customer. Our digital products cost no more than £6.00.

Please carefully read the item description of the products you wish to purchase to avoid confusion or purchase errors.

If you encounter any problems with your digital purchase (download issues, unzipping files, opening files, printing issues etc), we will work, to the best of our ability to solve your problem.
If within a reasonable time frame, we are not able to resolve your issue, store credit may be offered.
You do not have the right to demand a refund for digital products.
Any refunds or credits are made at our discretion and requests are dealt with on a case by case basis.

If you have made a duplicate order of digital products in error you will be given store credit. You must have made the duplicate orders from the same customer account.

Any requests regarding problems with your files, download errors or duplicate orders must be made within 7 days of purchase.
